My Story
Heather has been active in sports all of her life, with those sports came torn ligaments, broken wrists, a broken leg and knee injuries to say the least. This had made her become intrigued on how the body repairs itself and has taught her many ways to help heal the body.
“After hurting myself many times I spent a lot of time in therapy repairing myself and learning different modalities as I prepared to get myself back into the game. I really enjoyed learning how the body was designed and what I had to do to keep moving forward.”
Heather has an upbeat and motivating personality that will push you to work hard and achieve your goals. She requires and expects dedication and hard work out of her clients in order to get the results they set out to reach.
“I have always been known to keep pushing and to never give up. If you set out to achieve a goal go for it and never use “I can’t” or “It’s never going to happen”, you’re the only one that controls your own path. So Go hard, Do things the Right way, and Don’t give anything less than your best.”
