Golfing takes great skill and a pinpointed exercises that enable you to excel in your game. Our approach to training golfers starts with an advanced movement screen designed by the Titleist Performance Institute. Once the screen has been completed, we have a thorough understanding of an individual’s physical limitations of movement as it relates to playing golf. We take this information and form a plan using corrective exercise techniques, strength exercises and range of motion exercises that will help you improve or completely eliminate these deficiencies. By correcting these problems you can take away the deficiencies in your golf game and decrease your handicap.
